Illini Union Bookshop, Boston, Will Be Sold For $2.7M
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Illini Union Books, located on the corner of East State and Market Streets in downtown Buffalo, will be sold for $2,819,800, the company said Monday.
The sale includes 10,000 square feet of space, including 1,500 books and 6,000 posters.
The store’s current lease expires in March 2019, but the company plans to remain open until then.
In its press release, IlliniUnion said it plans to continue to grow and expand the business, with a focus on digital content and publishing.
